A non-refundable registration fee of $250 is required each academic year to reserve your child’s place in the upcoming school year. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with setting up and maintaining student records.

We prefer payments by Zelle or check, though credit card payments are also accepted. A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Tuition is calculated as an annual fee and divided into five equal installments. Payments are due according to the tuition schedule and remain the same each month, regardless of the number of school days attended. Shorter months, such as December, do not affect the installment amount, as all holidays and school vacations are already included in the annual tuition calculation.

Tuition credits are not provided for individual absences, vacations, holidays, school breaks, teacher in-service days, or withdrawals from the program. Monthly tuition remains the same throughout the year, including shorter months such as December.
If extenuating circumstances affect your ability to make tuition payments on time, please contact the school administrator confidentially before the account becomes overdue. Students may be subject to withdrawal from enrollment if payments are not received. A $100 late fee will be applied to accounts that remain unpaid more than three days after the due date.
Sibling Discount: Faithful Foundations Academy offers a 5% tuition discount for each additional sibling enrolled.
